Painted, autogate installed, mailbox (NOT THE ONE I WANTED) installed, non-toxic recyclable awning installed... grilles installed..

Interiors painted with Jotun Majestic Royal Matt... slight off-white.

  White! White wooden frames painted with Jotun Gardex White.

 

Some lighting examples... a lot of T5's, cast iron outdoor lamps, pill-like white stuff for the bathrooms, lots of old school fittings for dangling lamps that will be fitted with DIY lampshades etc.
