Taking 80% house loan means I have to pay alot of money first hand. What worries me is that I won't have enough funds to pay for:
1) Renovation
2) Furnishings
3) Appliances
Seems like I would have to adopt the life of an ascetic soon.
Or go with the theme: 'spartan living'?
